Featuring The Ballet

Bitter is an energetic synth-pop tune, inspired by the minimal wave of the early 80’s but with a contemporary touch. It uses tongue-in-cheek, sarcastic language to reflect on the capricious, ever-fleeting nature of romance and declare that being bitter is an undesirable state of mind, although a very possible option, given the hardship one faces while in quest for love. Evripidis gave the song some queer pizzazz by making it a duet with Greg Goldberg from NYC gay indie pop duo The Ballet
